Three Sculptures
Once a sculptor made three human sculptures, each to be sold at different prices — one paisa, one rupee and one hundred rupees. The sculptures are similar in appearance but its is very difficult to guess their prices.
He will announce a reward of Rs 1 lac to a person who would tell the prices of each of the sculptures correctly.
Next Day, I 😜 reached there and inspected them minutely.
Then, I asked for straw and pushed the straw into the ear of one of the sculpture.
The straw passed out through the other ear which means it depicts worthless person who hears from one ear and lets it out of other. Thus estimated the cost of this statue to one paisa only.
Then, I pushed the straw into the ear of another status which came out through the mouth which depicts an incredible person who would tell the secrets to another. Thus estimated the price would be one rupee.
Then, again pushed the straw into the ear of the last statue which did not come out of either the ear or the mouth which depicts the credible person who hears attentively and keep the secrets. Therefore, its price to be one hundred rupees.
So, can anyone tell what we learn from this story?
